OUR PROCESS
Strategic & Creative
From Start To Finish
Good design without good strategy is like buying a gift without thinking about who you’re giving it to. Good strategy without good design is just good intentions with zero follow-through. We unpack who you are and who your consumer is, so we can pack it back up into a brand that creates connection. As for the good product - well that’s where you come in!
What We Offer
The truth is more compelling.
UNPACKING WHO YOU ARE
We work with clients that have good stuff on the inside. We start with more listening and less telling to understand the truths about you and your product. Experiencing jittery excitement - maybe even worry about your brand? That’s a sign - a good sign by the way – that you care. You’re giving something to the world - do it with genuineness.
Deep understanding leads to connection.
unpacking THE CONSUMER
To give something of value you have to deeply know and care about the one you’re giving to. People feel loved - not by things - but by what those things say about the giver. We believe when you care about your consumer, they tend to respond in turn. Do you know your consumer as well as you know your own product?
Great things come in great packages.
PACKING IT ALL UP
Do you have a great product? Does your consumer know it’s great? Your brand and package signal the quality of your product, who you are, and who your consumer is – all without saying a word. Is it saying the right thing? We unpack you and your consumer so we can pack it all back up with relevance and authenticity.

UNPACKING THE CONSUMER
To truly give something of value to another, you have to deeply know and care for the one to whom you're giving. It's not things that make people feel loved, but instead what those things say about the the relationship between the giver and the receiver. We believe that when you understand and care about your consumer, they tend to care in return. Do you know your customer as well as you know your own product?

Wes Wooddell
Wes Wooddell
Founder & CEO
Wes found his passion for both entrepreneurship and packaging design as a young freelancer. (At some point between snacking on chips and surviving on eggs, he realized creatives don’t have to be starving artists.) He’s driven by a desire to encourage both business founders and creatives to find fulfillment in the things they make and pursue. He loves learning about products and adopting healthier products into his life. Wes is husband to Nancy and father to Adelina Grace, Emberly Faith and Isla Louise (officially a girl dad). In his free time, he enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, slack lining and taking his girls to local swimming holes.

In the past, Wes served as an executive at a digital agency specializing in personal branding for entrepreneurs and CEOs, as well as an executive at a business media company. Prior to that, he spent time in publishing, representing over 35 NYT/WSJ best-sellers, and in venture capital, where he led the due diligence for over 25 companies and conducted over $20MM in transactions. Outside of work, Wes enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, and playing board games.

Mary Daniels Valles
Mary Daniels Valles
Lead Designer
Mary is a “Swiss Army Knife” – she can switch from strategy to production instantly. An excellent team player, she sharpens everyone she works with. She’s been a maker since childhood, crafting custom gifts, sewing outfits, and painting Beatles posters. If there’s something she wants, she finds a way to get it. It’s no wonder that she found herself in this profession – she’s still solving challenging problems with creative thinking. When she’s not bringing brands to life, Mary enjoys dancing salsa and bachata with her husband Pablo, finding new places to eat, and buying plants that won’t die in her apartment.
Emily Preble
Emily Preble
Designer and Business Development
Emily has a unique mix of refined raw talent which she continually pushes to perfect. On top of design, her skillset includes illustration and copywriting. As a former D1 collegiate athlete, she’s a team player with a competitive edge that loves creating brands that “win” in the marketplace. When she’s not applying her relentless enthusiasm to projects, she’s trying a new cooking recipe, finessing her Ron Burgundy impression, or dominating laser tag (be warned, her competitive nature and team ferocity has led to her being banned from numerous laser tag establishments) – she’s someone you want on your team.
